Overcast with moderate northeasterly winds.

Raptor Observations:
The Swainson's Hawk continued at Burger Park at sunrise.

A few dozen Turkey Vultures and small numbers of other expected migrants,
including 3 sharpies and a merlin. Only two Broad-winged Hawks.
