- Comments: "I was surprised to see this bird. There had been one wintering at this location, but was last reported in early March. The same individual? It was in sycamores along the creek, in the same location as the CSWA. Very clean-looking ‘Solitary’ video with a sharp cutoff between clean white throat and gray hood. No hint of yellowish or green tones in the back, flanks or vent, so I think this is a “California acceptable” spring Plumbeous."

- Comments: "Hardly surprising at this point. Female type by greenhouse. Tiny oriole with short-bill, short tail, warbler look. Fairly drab for an orchard. Came into small bottlebrush, chattering a little, then flew up into the Banksia. Ben Byerly mentioned he might’ve heard one sing a few minutes before I saw it"

Chestnut-sided Warbler (Setophaga pensylvanica) (1) CONFIRMED

- Comments: "Continuing wintering male, now in almost full alternate. Seen in sycamores and Eucs at the bridge over the creek near the carousel area, about here: (34.4151248, -119.6857778). A bit furtive, I only had a couple of quick looks, but noted the white underparts contrasting with chestnut flanks, black triangular wedge on the face continuing down the sides of the throat and framing the white chest, the chartreuse crown, etc."
