Wasn’t today a beautiful day to go birding? And I got to see my FOS western flycatcher formerly known as a pacific slope fly catcher. A thrill! The ringneck ducks and buffleheads are still there as well as the beautiful barn swallow that likes to hang out on top of the same pole that he was on last year. Also saw tree swallows, red shouldered hawks, a red tailed hawk and cedar waxwings as well as the other usual suspects. It’s always a great joy to see these wonderful creatures!
