- Comments: "Complete white eye ring. Upper mandible was all dark. Lower
mandible was almost all yellow except for the tip. Constantly lifting tail
up and down the entire time it was perching. Will submit pics today. Also
have a video of this bird lifting its tail that I can share via email.
Personal note: am way more confident about my Dusky Flycatcher sightings at
home after seeing how this bird moves its tail when perched which the
Duskys at home have NOT been doing"
