Subject: [ia-bird] shorebirds
Finally, shorebirds are moving into the area. There were ten species seen
in various ponds.

At the landfill west of Mason City the shorebirds couldn't stay still. So,
there were 45 L B Dowitchers or more, and 5 or 6 or more American Golden
Plover, but they flew.

At McIntosh State Park, the beach area still had the Willet from Sunday,
along with one Sanderling and one Caspian Tern along with some Forester
Terns.

Another pond had twenty Dunlin, at least, and Pecs. Snipe were about and
Yellowlegs.

It was tooooo windy to walk in the woods.
