Weather: Overcast the entire day; a cool 47-54 degrees; good visibility; winds light and variable
Raptor Observations: A modest flight but better than expected given the overcast skies and light winds. Highlight was a Peregrine Falcon on a steady path north.
Non-raptor Observations: First Great-crested Flycatcher and Spotted Sandpiper of the season.
Site Description Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best winds are from the southwest.
