Subject: [IN-BIRD-L] Ft. Harrison SP, Apr 16 - House Wren, Nashville Warbler, Common Loon
The Sunday morning bird walk produced 41 species on the morning of April 14, at Ft. Harrison State Park, Indianapolis. Highlights included a Common Loon landing and then taking off from Delaware Lake, our first House Wrens of 2024, and a Nashville Warbler along with three other expected warbler species. The complete checklist is below.
There will be a bird walk each Sunday in April and May at Ft. Harrison SP. Meet at 8am in the NE corner of Delaware Lake parking lot.
