I will probably update this on a yearly basis (soon after the turn of the
year), so that the maps are based on whole years. I already deal with the
eBird database for my "Bird Finder" site that I've shared here in the past.
Sharing it again for those who may have missed it (I've added some features
to it recently, so might be worth a look anyway):
