Subject: [sd-birds] First time visitor today: Evening Grosbeaks |
Today, TWO EVENING GROSBEAKS stopped at my feeders, just west of Canyon
Lake in Chapel Valley.
"Please," I pleaded as I quickly walked to grab the camera, "stay till I
get a photo." And they did, maybe 4 minutes all together.
No female in sight, but oh, what a thrill to see them HERE, if only for a
few minutes, *in my own backyard!*
