Gray mantle with back wing tips extending over tail. Winter plumage without hooded head. Eye looks large and dark with black smudging near eye. Seen in location where it has been previously reported."

- Comments: "Found earlier by Jeff Davis, the bird was mostly sheltering in a bushy Wax Myrtle tree, occasionally vocalizing a varied jumble of squeaky song phrases; plain appearance with overall unmarked gray plumage, black cap, darker tail, and chestnut undertail coverts; photos."

Overall gray, black crown, black eye. Unable to see the color of the undertail as the bird was deep in dense shrubbery."

- Comments: "continuing bird first observed by Jeff Davis this AM at the corner of Pine and Ramona. when I arrived, Mike Moss had just seen and photographed the bird on the electrical wire above the clump of shrubs where it has been seen. After about 20 minutes of watching the bird came out into the open briefly. It was also occasionally singing deep within the shrubs. When it popped out, I could see the all grey bird with a black cap, and rusty undertail coverts."
