Subject: [IN-BIRD-L] Salamonie Lake
   Five members of Three Rivers Birding enjoyed a great day at Salamonie Lake today. The weather started out pretty cool, but warmed up nicely by early afternoon. Out of the sixty bird species recorded, nine of them were new additions to our 2026 list. We were also happy to score a sweep of all seven of Indiana's woodpeckers! Some of our better birds for the day were Virginia Rail, American White Pelican, and Northern Harrier, along with Pine and Yelow-throated Warbler.   Trip leader: John Winebrenner  Here's our list for the day:
