Weather: Overcast, chilly, and a northwest wind in the morning. Turning sunny and warmer throughout the day.
Raptor Observations: An adult male Cooper�s Hawk scattered the birds near the picnic table and flew just above the ground across the field.
A second year Bald Eagle flew over the site but did not migrate.
Non-raptor Observations: American Crow, American Robin, Black-capped Chickadee, Blue Jay, Canada Goose, Chipping Sparrow, Common Raven, Dark-eyed Junco, Downy Woodpecker, Eastern Bluebird, Eastern Towhee, Field Sparrow, Hermit Thrush, Northern Cardinal, Northern Flicker, Pileated Woodpecker, Red-bellied Woodpecker, Song Sparrow, Tree Swallow, Tufted Titmouse, White-Breasted Nuthatch
