The weekly survey at the Outdoor Campus West was conducted on March 6, 2026, by Judy Hengen, Rachel Benton, Laural Bidwell and Jackie Stucky-Strom. 20 species were identified with a total of 248 individuals. However, due to evidence of clearcutting vast areas of vital bird habitat, bird surveys will be affected in the future.
