Fellow Perry county birders,
I am fortunate to own a large piece of property in beautiful downtown Perry County which includes five acres of prairie. Every evening from mid February thru March, the woodcock do their mating dance/flights on this prairie and put on quite a show, if you’re a birder. If any Perry county birders need this bird for your county, year, life list, or any other list, you’re welcome to come by some evening and get it. Just text me at <joeinthewoods...> and we can arrange to meet at the prairie. You can drive to within about 50 yards of the site, and I have lawn chairs already installed. It’s almost a guarantee. We are just south of somerset.
Actually, even if you’re not from Perry county, but still need these birds, just let me know. About the only restriction I would impose is if you voted for trump. I do have certain moral standards.
