Cathy Graichen, Scott Stoner and I were able to locate the continuing male harlequin duck this afternoon in ft edward - today it was viewable from the bradley beach park, with a small group of common goldeneye fairly far downstream just north of the SR197 bridge.
A much larger group of common goldeneye kept moving back and forth along the river just up- and down-stream of the Irving paper plant. We located a female barrow's goldeneye in this larger group, originally viewed from River St.
