Liam and I happened upon a loudly chipping Palm Warbler flying among the Coyote bushes in the feld just to the south of Double Rock, here: 37.719638, -122.383345.
We also believe we scoped the Common Ringed Plover among 16-20 Semipalmated Plovers that settled into the mudflats exposed at the corner of the basin off Yosemite Slough where it meets the community garden pond. 37.723431, -122.379027 Field marks were traffic-cone-orange legs, longer body / primary projection, darker face and bill. However, these plovers (unlike many of the other peeps) never came into the slough to forage on a falling tide, and it was too distant to document.
Liam also spotted the continuing drake Gadwall along the north shore of the basin.
