Around noon today my husband called me to quick come look at a bird showing a lot of yellow. It was on the backyard deck post eating the peanut butter/lard mixture I make. It was an oriole, I believe a first fall male Baltimore, but I never got an in depth look at its front so I’m not sure. We had to leave for an appointment so I don’t know how long it was here. But it made my day to see an oriole in the cold weather of January.
