Robert Bastarache and I surveyed birds today at Red Slough and found 57 species. The weather was partly cloudy and cool with a little wind. Was not a very birdie day as we saw low numbers of birds. The only highlight today was a single Common Gallinule on Pintail Lake. Here is our list for today:
