Limited hunting would only be in the North Unit of the Karl Mundt Refuge, exclusive of the housing area. General consensus of the approximately 50 people in attendance was no hunting. There will be a 45 day comment period in May. It felt like the FWS personnel were for hunting as their only survey was to hunters. This is just entering the planning phase.
