The CA Bird Records Committee has accepted the June 19, 2025 record of WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER seen and photographed by many at Devereux Slough. This bumps the species total to 510 in the county by my chronicling which is published on the sbcobirding website: http://sbcobirding.com/countybirdlist.html The Crested Auklet record from VSFB is still pending. King Eider is a also a review species and presumably this one from earlier in the week will be submitted to the CBRC for review. Jamie M.
