Folks,
There was a perched Harriss's Hawk behind my home at 8295 La Riviera Dr.
I didn't see any jesses but I was busy taking photos. It took off headed toward the river/Oak Meadow Park/Glenbrook Park Access/Watt Ave. the last I saw it.
