Saw something unusual under the feeder this afternoon. It was the size and coloring of a house finch except for the head and the bill. The entire head was an off-white/creamy color, kind of mottled with light brown smears, and the beak was bright yellow. No photo, unfortunately, but I got a good look for several minutes through binoculars.
