Bald Eagle Mountain - Eagle Field State College, Pennsylvania, USA Daily Raptor Counts: Nov 17, 2025 -------------------------------------------------------------------
Visitors: Our Westmoreland visitors, Paul and Regina, returned for another day. David Rothrock, friend of Don Pote, visited for the first time. Most of the regular watchers were present.
Weather: Wind WNW, mostly 8-12 mph, periodically 13-18 mph in afternoon, light snow until 1000, then mostly cloudy, temp 0-3C.
The forecast wind of 14-17 mph was only matched during several afternoon intervals.
Predictions: There will be a break before the next watch day, as there are no good wind days soon.
