Hi fellow birders,
We have had a great response from last year's surveyors! I am looking for one more volunteer to survey on Saturday November 22nd, Noon to 2pm. Here is a description of the area:
Area 11. Land Section. Starting from the west end of Butte Dr. checking near shore, then when closer to Sharkâs Inlet (back corner of bay), look across to shore of sand spit. Boundary with Section 10 is north end of a large bare dune. At higher tides this can be done by boat.
I currently have one volunteer for this area who is an intermediate birder but not as experienced on shorebirds. Looking for someone to accompany him. If you are interested, email me at <davetyra...>
