Still room on the boat for the offshore trips this Friday (Halloween)
and Monday (Nov. 3). Friday's trip will be a half-day since we didn't
get enough signups to go all day; we will depart at 7:30 and return
sometime after noon. Weather forecast looks good, with light winds and
seas of about six feet. We should get out to the upper Noyo Canyon area
that has been so productive all year.
Monday might be a little bouncy but we are hoping to find Humpback
Whales, which have been encountered fairly close to shore, so we might
not have to push too far out.
Each trip is $120 per person, paid directly to Anchor Charter Boats. You
can sign up at noyopelagics.com or just show up at the dock! The Kraken
docks at the foot of North Harbor Drive, Fort Bragg, right next to the
Noyo Fish Co. restaurant. Park across the road, all the way in the back
(not in the signed spaces).
