Weather:
Intermittent cloud cover throughout the day. Winds from the west
transitioning to west-northwest, sustained between 5-10mph, with gusts up
to 16mph. Partly cloudy to overcast, back to partly cloudy, and some sun
and blue skies.

Raptor Observations:
Early morning flight line was established from SW to WSW and continued
throughout the day, with some good looks at low-flying birds, like the
first GOEA of the day. Another good look at an immature AGOS that came
through with two SSHAs, and flew fairly low over the lookout. Noted steady,
soaring broad wings, and flight distinctive of powerful and stiff wing
beats as it was observed flying overhead. What an amazing bird to see!
