Weather: Cloudy all day. 40-56 degrees F. The morning started with winds from the west/southwest and quickly changed to the west and eventually northwest winds 5-12 mph.
Raptor Observations: Local bald eagles (1 imm and 1 adult), local RT, TVs and ravens not counted.
