Weather: Very sunny 47 degree morning became a mostly cloudy 61 degree afternoon with steady winds from the Northwest throughout the day.
Raptor Observations: 1 Adult Bald Eagle was counted.
Non-raptor Observations: Purple Finches, Pine Siskins and Common Loons.
A Black Bear was observed walking approximately 40 yards from the Hawkwatch around 9:30 am.
