Big changes at Bell Slough--North Access and the Lake Conway Dam. The dam is being reconstructed and is now closed through late 2027, with no public access available. Access to Bell Slough--North is now only available from the end of Mallard Cove, about a half mile north of the traditional entrance. The trail from there is rocky and hilly.
