Subject: [sbcobirding] Chase Palm Park
This afternoon I saw a Tennessee warbler near the carousel house in the
melaleucas. It had a deformed upper mandible, about 3/4 length and very
fine. It was hunting actively and seemed ok. Also in that area was a
perfect black-throated gray female.

Over near the reed/cattail area was a vermilion flycatcher. It hung out in
the adjacent trees and perched on the block wall on the north edge of the
park.

At the far east end at the at the entrance were 2 yellow warblers and a
good assortment of songbirds.
