Visibility closed in as the afternoon progressed, and the afternoon concluded with low visibility and light rain. Winds, 2-7 mph, changed from ENE to ESE. Cool temperatures increased from 48 to 63 F.

Non-raptor Observations: Common Raven (2), Canada Geese (17), Rock Pigeon, a group of Blue Headed Vireo in the trees behind the lookout, Ruby Crowned Kinglet, Hairy Woodpecker, Blue Jay.
