Weather: Overcast throughout the day with south to east winds through the day. Precipitation beginning at the end of the day dropped the cloud ceiling and shut down count.
Raptor Observations: Winds kept migrants spread across the Kempton valley.
Non-raptor Observations: First calls of the morning were dueting great horned owls.
