It's not too early to be thinking about this year's Christmas Bird Count. Regional compiler Steve Broker hasshared the confirmed count dates for the 2025-26 season. They are posted on the COA website at https://www.ctbirding.org/connecticut-christmas-bird-count-schedule-announced/ Note: Four counts still need to be confirmed and they are listed at the bottom of the list.
