The Eastern Screech owl is on the list of owls specifically restricted from posting here. I know Rick is only speaking about a bird calling, but the restriction applies to any owl reports on the restricted list (Screech, Great Horned, Barred, Barn, Long-eared and Saw-whet).
Also, PLEASE sign your posts with your first AND last name (and your town). That is our rule and it should not be hard to comply with.
