Subject: [Ohio-birds] Blendon Woods Metro park Columbus
One great wave of warblers in the nature center parking lot and then the migrants were very hard to find.
Blackburnian warblers
Bay breasted warbler
American redstarts
Black throated green warblers
Cape may warblers (adult male, female, and immatures)
Magnolia warbler
yellow throated vireo
Baltimore oriole
Indigo bunting
Ruby throated hummingbird ... watched it try to get a monarch butterfly to leave a thisle flower without success. A hummingbird moth was on a nearby thisle flower.
