Subject: [Ohio-birds] Blendon Woods Metro Park, Hoover reservoir
Blendon Woods (Parking lot Nature center, Goldenrod trail, Lake trail, upper portions of Ripple Rock, Brookside, and Hickory ridge trails)
Chestnut sided warblers
Black and white warblers
Blackburnian warblers
Canada warbler
Bay breasted warblers
American redstarts
magnolia warbler
yellow throated vireo
Barred owl (heard)
great crested flycatcher
ruby throated hummingbirds
Eastern wood pewees (lots)

Hoover reservoir (Yacht club, area N)
Hudsonian godwits still around
Golden plovers
greater yellow legs
Stilt sandpipers
Osprey put down on the sandbar next to the golden plovers, killdeer and semipalm plovers. He proceeded to take a bath... the shore birds were within 8-10 feet of the osprey and did not seem concerned at all that he was there.
