Yea! Both new for the big year. Not new for the county. This was the dance
Pavilion area. That’s probably my favorite migrant spot. It’s open, gets the sun, etc.
Today lots of insects around! Flycatcher food! I had one Least. And one
Acadian - I am glad that was calling! One willow. Ditto. Etc. a nice study of
Empis. Fall empis! No other migrants for me. I was expecting some after
Saturday’s trip to Boyer farm. No…. A beautiful day to be out! I was actually
A tad cold at times! It was windy and the clouds rolled in now and then.
I was in a t shirt.
No shorebirds that I need. They are all in Columbus!! I can’t figure out why!
The Laughing gull continues. This is surprising. I want a Caspian tern!
Good birding all. I have a zoom call shortly and need to get ready!
