Only 3 new species were added to the list for July, which is typically the slowest month of the year for new species. This brought our list to 246 (25 species below last year's total of 271 as of the end of July). The new species were Ruddy Turnstone, Fork-tailed Storm Petrel and White-breasted Nuthatch.
