Looks like you're correct. Photos of Willet that I had found showed gray
legs which had me confused, but the black and white bars of the wings in
photo 2 definitely identify it as a Willet whereas a Lesser Yellowlegs
wouldn't have that wing pattern. Further internet searches found photos of
eastern Willet with the greenish-yellow legs too. Thank you.
