According to Merlin and according to all the calls I've been listening to on all about birds it appears we have a yellow-billed cuckoo in the yard. I've heard it several times now I've recorded it four times on Merlin and hope to run it by an expert of which I am certainly not. First time I'm hearing this call in the yard since we've lived here heard it a couple of times this spring and it's been going non-stop all morning long. Just thought I'd throw that out there as I said completely unconfirmed I'm no expert to determine if it's in fact what I think it is or what it sounds like. Regards Randy Tucker Mountain Rd Meredith
