Howdy, Birders! I've got some fun news! The pictures I took recently were just confirmed as a Gray Flycatcher , a rare migrant not seen on the coast every year. What an exciting find! I spotted this lovely bird on August 5 at Brooks Park. I've been back every day since but haven't seen it again, so I'm glad I was able to capture the moment and share it with all of you. I also saw a Hermit Warbler at Brooks Park that day! Again, haven't seen it since.
