I am currently on the north side of the river west of the Imperial Bridge and in front of the Nexgen white building with the orange stripe. The bird was previously about 200 feet east of here with a small flock of dowitchers . They flushed, and it looked like they went to the location I am right now, but I have not re-found it . I will keep looking.
