Subject: [Ohio-birds] Warren big year birding
Nothing new! Oh well. The odes were
Good today. In fact I had a clubtail at
The Caesar creek spillway. I wasn’t
Expecting that! I didn’t study…. I hope
My pic came out.

The beach had its usual gull flock. On
The grass. Just ring billed. No terns. I
Need terns!

Spring valley is still flooded! Double sigh…
I need shorebirds. Birds are still singing.
Eastern pewee was particularly vocal.

I ran out of time to hit Clinton county.
I had started at lost bridge in Hamilton
County. At dawn. No sign of the Snowy
Egret from yesterday afternoon. That
Would be a county bird for me! The
Great Egrets were coming in there. And
Flying around a lot. I think still in the
Area. But where? They roost at Oxbow
Indiana at night. Then fan out to feed
Every day.

Good birding all.
