Subject: [NHBirds] Morning in Surrey
, my husband Steve and I spent a couple of hours this morning birding in

terrible, but it was possible to ID 37 species:

Chestnut-sided, Blackburnian, Pine, Black-throated Green.
We also saw Warbling Vireo; American Robin; Gray Catbird; Brown Thrasher;
Mockingbird; European Starling; Red-winged Blackbird; Snipe; Mallard; Great
Blue Heron; American Crow; Blue Jay; Baltimore Oriole; Song Sparrow;
Chipping Sparrow; White-throated Sparrow; American Goldfinch; Northern
Flicker; Downy Woodpecker; Red-bellied Woodpecker; Yellow-bellied
Sapsucker; Tufted titmouse; Eastern Kingbird; Canada Geese; Least
Flycatcher; Ruby-crowned Kinglet; Barn Swallow; Chimney Swift; Mourning
Dove. What a fun morning!
