Subject: [CT Birds] Quick Walk on Summer Hill Road
When I woke up today the sun was actually peeking out, so I decided to take a quick walk up Summer Hill Road (2.5 miles north of Rt. 80 in Madison). Here are the birds I found today- Redstart, Worm-eating, Blue-winged, Parula and Black & White Warblers, Red-eyed Vireo, Northern Waterthrush, Ovenbird, Blue-gray Gnatcatcher, Veery, Wood Thrush, Towhee, Chipping Sparrow, Goldfinch, Great-crested Flycatcher, Red-tiled, Broad-winged and Red-shouldered Hawks, Hooded Merganser flyover, Pileated and Red-bellied Woodpeckers and Northern Raven.
