Several birders have reported Costas hummingbird at that location. We observed multiple males working the yerba santa blossoms today. Purple head and neck, black collar between neck and upper white chest. White continues down center to belly like a tie.
Recent Ebird lists include several good photos.

Irvine Park on the north eastern part of the loop of Peter's canyon road. To the west of the beaver tail cactus where the cactus wrens are frequently seen.
