Good morning everyone,
My aunt went for a walk at Eisenhower Park in Orange, and she found a Canada Goose with fishing wire stuck around it's leg. The leg is extremely swollen, and the bird is badly limping. Who should we get in contact with in order to help the bird? I have attached a link with a photo.
