Chris, et al.,

I had talked to someone with the city last fall, and I think that they are
supposed to be totally off-limits to the general public, with no approved
access. KDHE is enforcing rules and cities can get in trouble for folks
trespassing into the confinement areas. If you park on the west side by the
goat pens, some of the ponds can be seen still.
