Spent today birding my patch in downtown Dover and ended up with 7 new first of year birds as it seems we had a big migrant push last night. Unfortunately for me I had work, so I birded in the morning on foot and in the afternoon via kayak.
Total: 53 species 2 Canada Goose 9 Wood Duck 7 Mallard 2 Rock Pigeon 3 Mourning Dove 14 Chimney Swifts - FOY and quite early! 1 Solitary Sandpiper - FOY.
