There was a Little Blue Heron at Irvine Lake this morning, next to the fish cleaning station in the parking lot. It is the same size as Snowy Egret, but with gray lores. The bill is heavier than SNEG and mostly gray (with some yellow). Legs and feet are dark gray. There are some dark feathers on the neck.
